About Vince Liuzza

I am a native New Orleanian who moved to the northshore in 1999. My passion for real estate began in the early 2000s as an investor in New Orleans’ Warehouse District and Pensacola Beach, Florida. After my family sold our restaurant business, Cucos Mexican Restaurants, I parlayed my business management and real estate investment experiences into a successful career as a realtor and formed Liuzza Realty Group in 2016, which is based in Mandeville.

From southeast Louisiana to the Florida panhandle, my specialty is high-end homes in luxury neighborhoods, such as The Sanctuary, where I am the expert broker and have handled over $75,000,000 in home sales.
